As part of the 3rd Annual World Fly Fishing Day program, the organisers are holding a WFFD Group online fly-tying contest.
Participants should post a video tutorial of the tying of their choice on the World Fly Fishing Day Group Facebook page by 10 March 2023. A jury of three expert fly tiers, one English, one American and one Italian, will judge the entries.
The winner will be entitled to a free room and full board for two persons in Castel di Sangro (Italy) to attend the 20th SIM Fly Festival from 23rd to 24 June 2023 (overall stay of 3 nights, 4 days). The winner is welcome to be a guest tier at the event, demonstrating their fly-tying techniques.
